If you wish delivery on the same day, then the order entry must be made no later than 18:00 on weekdays and until 15:00 on Saturday. These plots are executed immediately, except for special exceptions where they are delivered the following day.

For same day delivery on Sundays, orders must be registered by 14.00 at the latest and executed if our member florist is open, otherwise delivery is the next day.

Exceptions - Special conditions
February 14 - Valentine's Day: Due to the high volume of orders, orders for Valentine's Day must be registered at least one day before. Attention on that day there is no desired delivery time under any circumstances.
Mother's Day commands forwarded by the customer on the preceding Saturday take precedence. Orders not delivered in the short term can be delivered on Monday after.
The same applies to the celebration of Constantine and Helen.
On Christmas and New Year's Day orders are normally delivered outside a large volume, so orders received within a short period of time are delivered in time.
In any case, it is preceded by telephone communication with the recipient, both for his immediate service and for avoiding any problem that may arise.
In the absence of the recipient, COSMOFLORA will attempt delivery and will leave a phone card for the recipient to contact later on the phone.
If the florist partner is unable to deliver the flowers within 24 hours after the first delivery attempt, our partner florist will inform you of the result of the delivery either by phone or by e-mail. Our associate florist has the right to abandon the flowers in a reputable third way (eg neighbor, relative, concierge, colleague, etc.) that are considered suitable for the delivery of the flowers to the recipient. The same applies to additional items (accompanying the card, balloon, etc.).
Product deficiencies
